A couple of days ago I woke up with a sore throat. It didn't last long but then I started to cough and my chest started to hurt. Then Daniel woke up yesterday morning with the same thing. He finished his finals yesterday at 10:30am and came home and slept the rest of the day. He continued sleeping and resting until 6 tonight when he finally had to get up and go to work. I didn't have that luxury! Instead I got to do something ever better....
Pretend not to be sick and play with my little healthy boy!!
So far he hasn't shown any signs of getting sick and I'm really hoping it stays that way. So even though those days of sleeping for hours and hours when I'm sick are LONG gone I don't mind too much because I have the sweetest little guy to take care of.

i know how ya feel...cruise was really sick though and then Dave and I got it, but I got it a heck of a lot worse...but mommies don't get to call in sick now do we? but i'm really glad that your little guy isn't sick as well. hope you feel better!

Deal. I'll definitley send you some sand. I know I'm spoiled to live here but seriously I am a bit jelous of you. If I could have a house anywhere it would be in Santa Barbra. I love it there. Have you ever gone to the rainbow bridge park. I don't know the real name but it all made of wood. and there is an awsome koi farm to that has the bigest koi i've seen in my life. I used to have Cross country races at UCSB and track races at the the city college right by the beach. Its my dream city. Take advantage of all you can while you live there!

I'm sorry you're sick, but he really is adorable! I'd like to say I still have the luxury of sleeping for hours on end when I'm sick, but usually work interfeers. At least you have something good to keep you awake!
