Today at 11:20 am while John was playing on the floor I noticed him reaching for a toy that was a little out of reach. Instead of giving up and moving on to something else like he has in the past he pushed his legs up and scooted himself up to where the toy was! I was totally impressed with him and tried to get him to do it again (so I could get it on camera) but alas he knew better and wasn't interested in the toy anymore once the camera was on. Silly little boy!
Oh well, at least I know that he did it and I'm sure I'll see more and more of it soon enough so I can get it on camera. I love my little guy!! :)
He is 5 months 1 week and 1 day old today. Congrats my little chunky monkey!!
P.S.-He also drank water from my cup yesterday without any problems!

yay! despite how fun it is to see them reach milestones, they grow up TOO FAST, don't they? but that is so great! get ready for the baby-proofing!
He's so cute. What fun being a mom! Thanks for the compliments on my pics. I liked them a lot too. Now, i only have to pick which ones to put in the album and which to frame. Its going to be hard!
