Daniel has gone to the "Mendocino Folklore Camp" just about every year for the past 12 years (he only missed when he was on his mission and when he graduated high school-the ceremony landed on the same weekend and he couldn't swing both). Last year I was huge pregnant and had absolutely NO intentions of sitting in a car for 15 hours just to rough it in the woods for a week. Needless to say I ended up not going. So this year was a historic event for the Tuutau family in that it was John and I's first year at camp and Daniel's first year not sharing a cabin with his best friend Sean.
I really enjoyed myself at the camp. I love the outdoors and grew up camping with my family so I had no problems with the bugs, dirt, and lack of showers! The drive was no fun, but the rest was a blast.

The picture above is from the Vojvodina Night. Each night they have a different themed costume/dance party.

This is from the Roaring 20's Night.

And this is from the Transilvanian Night.
Can't wait till next year. I'm really glad I went. :)
