Happy Birthday Eli!

The little boy I babysit all the time had his very first birthday a couple of weeks ago. They had a pool party down at the beach with cake and ice cream. It was a lot of fun. John and Eli are BFF's!! I love watching those boys play together. They are so much fun! . John was a little nervous about the little kiddie pool at first but after splashing around from the outside for a little bit he finally got in and had a blast.

4th of July Balloons

Every year in Provo at 5:30 am they blow up a ton of these really awesome hot air balloons and at 6:00 am they lift off and the games begin! They have to catch wind currents to "chase" the main balloon over, down, then back to the field where a big circle with an X in the middle is. They throw a bean bag out of their baskets and try to get as close as possible to the X. They have other games as well. It's been a tradition in my family since I was little to go and see the balloons. It was Daniel and John's first year and I think they really enjoyed themselves.

Happy Birthday Misty!

We kidnapped Misty for her 22nd Birthday and took her to Olive Garden for Lunch.


Mmmmm... all you can eat soup, salad, and breadsticks!


Later on we were in a parade (which I don't have pictures of right now) then cake and ice cream. It was a lot of fun!

Cali Ann

While I was at camp my sister Brittanny had her little baby girl Cali Ann. She is ADORABLE! She's the sweetest little thing in world and I LOVE her to death.

Mendocino Folklore Camp

Daniel has gone to the "Mendocino Folklore Camp" just about every year for the past 12 years (he only missed when he was on his mission and when he graduated high school-the ceremony landed on the same weekend and he couldn't swing both). Last year I was huge pregnant and had absolutely NO intentions of sitting in a car for 15 hours just to rough it in the woods for a week. Needless to say I ended up not going. So this year was a historic event for the Tuutau family in that it was John and I's first year at camp and Daniel's first year not sharing a cabin with his best friend Sean.

I really enjoyed myself at the camp. I love the outdoors and grew up camping with my family so I had no problems with the bugs, dirt, and lack of showers! The drive was no fun, but the rest was a blast.
