Lost Keys

I had every intention today of sitting down and writing out my experience with the birth and sharing it with all you curious folks....BUT I instead spent the day trying to find our keys. Yes, we lost our keys sometime between last night and this morning. I was so excited to stay home with the baby while Daniel went to church with John. I was planning on getting some much needed make-up sleep and possibly even make some cookies or scrapbook or something. I woke up at 7:30 and helped get John ready for church. When they were both ready to leave I handed Daniel the bags and sent him out the door. He walked back to get the keys and they were not on the hook next to the door like they always are. I was expecting to look in the normal places we leave the keys (when they're not on the hook) and find them immediately. 2 minutes go by, 5, 10, 15....no keys. By this time Daniel is late for church and we had looked all over the place. We brought John back into the house and spent the next 2 hours straight looking in EVERY spot we could possibly think of. We retraced our steps from the previous day, looked in all of John's secret hiding places, we even picked through the trash (yuck!) and went through the fridge just in case.....Nada. Nothing. Nowhere to be found.

Therefore my exciting baby adventure will just have to wait to be posted. I really hope we are able to find the keys soon. Or hopefully someone will have found them and turned them in to the complex office so we can get them back tomorrow. Daniel has work first thing in the morning so we're praying we find them soon.
