bRomance

As a lot of you know my husband started an Accapella group when he was doing his undergrad called Brothas From Otha Mothas (or more commonly known as BFOM). This year Daniel stepped down from singing with the group so he could focus his attention on completing his Masters Degree (he has 1 more year before he's done). However he still is involved with the group as kind of a webmaster/"father of BFOM" presence who occasionally shows up to help give direction at rehearsals. I love BFOM and all the guys who sing in the group. I use to make them food all the time (cookies, brownies, apple pies) but since Daniel doesn't sing with them anymore I hardly ever see them except at concerts and the occasional rehearsal I go to whenever I pick Daniel up from school.

Last night BFOM had their end of the year concert and I was really glad I went. I had a REALLY long day waking up early to set up at a yard sale then we had our ward's Super Saturday from 10-4. I signed up for a class that involved sewing. Sounds fun right? It would have been more fun if I wouldn't have signed up to make 2 bags and I happen to be the worse sewer in the history of the world!! My friend (and the teacher) Alexis ended up sewing both of them for me while I pinned and ironed. I finished late and didn't get to go to 2 of the classes I signed up for. I'm hoping my friend Katie will take pitty on me and give me a private bow making session!!! wink wink ;)

Anyway, I wanted to post a video of one of the songs BFOM sang last night. This was their encore song and it is HILARIOUS!! For anyone who has ever seen the Lady Gaga music video (Bad Romance) will appreciate this video.
