Update

Here are a few random pictures and stuff that has been going on lately that I've neglected until now to post. I have had the flu this last week and just today became well enough to get out of bed! I'm feeling so much better now and hope that I will be back to my 100% soon but I'm still a bit weak and am taking full advantage of my marvelous husband who has been so incredibly sweet to me bringing me food, take care of the baby, and making sure the kitchen stayed clean while I've been laying on my death bed!!! Thanks sweetheart :)

Anyway, on with the show...

John cracks me up every time we feed him and this happens...
He will seriously fall asleep in mid bite. He usually gets about half way through his food sometimes all the way up until his last 2 bites then falls asleep. It's pretty hilarious!

A few Sundays ago we had some friends over for dinner and John had SO much fun playing with their kids. I only took a few pictures which is a pity because they are some pretty cute kids. I'm so glad they were able to come. We had a lot of fun together.

I love how surprised they look in this picture!~
Yeah we're not sure what the word "share" means yet!

One of my favorite Primary girls was baptized the a few weeks ago. I was so happy I was able to go and support her. She's such a sweetie!
This was one of the most amazing things I think I've ever seen....I was making breakfast one morning and I cracked an egg into a bowl and it had 2 yolks!! I have never seen that before :) I've heard of it happening but I personally have never seen a double yolked egg before in my life. I was on the phone to my sister at the time and was so excited I hung up the phone on her and took a picture of it!! I'm such a nerd I know but I thought it was pretty cool.

The same day as the amazing double yolked egg I got a text from my husband who had just left for work telling me a tree had fallen down across the parking lot from us. I went outside and saw this...

The tree snapped in half falling in an area that is usually full of playing kids. It's a miracle that no one was around when it happened so no one was hurt because that sucker was big. The next morning they cut the rest of the tree down and chopped it all up.

My poor poor watermelons have been eaten.

A few days after I took this picture these 4 were also eaten when I went to pick them. I had 7 growing at one point and one by one they were devoured by the pesky gofers that have so sneakily found a way into my fenced off garden.
And finally this is John enjoying his morning outdoors with his favorite toy. (the extra noise you hear is the huge tree getting cut up across the street)

You have been busy! And so have those pesky rodents with your watermelons :(

Thanks for coming to support Bridget. She had such a wonderful day.

So sad about those watermelons! And your egg discovery is cracking me up (no pun intended).

I love the dinner pics! The one thing you forgot to mention though, was what an AMAZING cook you are! I still need your soup recipe!

PS - I think the double yolk thing is a sign that you're going to have twins :)
